All prices net (+23% VAT). We issue a VAT invoice for every payment. 14 days of the Grow plan free - the clock starts at store publication, no card required. After the trial the first subscription month is -50% on monthly billing - the promo applies only to monthly billing. With annual billing you get 14 days free, then pay the full yearly amount.

Balance, trial, fees and limits - no fine print.
Does the balance expire?
No. Your topped-up balance has no expiry date - it stays on your account until you use it. There are no inactivity fees or monthly penalties for unused funds.
What happens when the balance drops to zero?
Checkout is switched off, but the store and dashboard keep working normally - products, orders and data stay in place. By default we have automatic card top-up enabled below €4 of balance (you can turn it off), and we email you about a low balance. Even at zero balance we keep your data for 90 days.
When does the 14-day trial start counting?
From store publication, not from sign-up. You build the store without time pressure - the clock only starts once you show it to customers. The hard limit is 60 days from sign-up. No card required.
What happens after the trial ends?
Nothing is deleted. Checkout waits switched off until you pick a plan or top up your balance. Products over the Pay-as-you-go limit stay in the dashboard as drafts, and the store serves the first 100. We keep your data for 90 days.
Does the first-month discount apply to annual billing?
No. The -50% first-month discount applies only to monthly billing. With annual billing you get 14 days free, and after the trial you pay the full yearly amount - with no starter discount.
Which orders are charged a fee?
Only paid ones. An abandoned cart, a cancelled or unpaid order costs you nothing. The fee is not refunded when a customer returns goods - the order was paid and handled by the platform.
Is there a traffic or pageview limit?
No. No plan limits traffic or pageviews - a sale, a campaign or going viral generate no surcharges. Plans differ in their serving layer (SSR, edge cache, ISR, full edge), meaning speed, not the amount of traffic. A fair use policy applies to protect against bots and abuse.
Are prices net or gross?
All prices in the pricing are net. We add 23% VAT to each, and issue a VAT invoice for every payment.
When is it worth switching to a subscription?
Above 98 paid orders a month Start works out cheaper; Above 833 paid orders a month Grow works out cheaper; Above 2 000 paid orders a month Scale works out cheaper; Above 5 556 paid orders a month Enterprise works out cheaper. How does a flat per-order fee differ from a percentage commission?
A commission grows with the cart value, a flat fee does not. An order worth €700 costs you €0.39 with us on Pay-as-you-go. With a 2.9% commission on cart value it would be €20.30. The pricier the products you sell, the bigger the difference.
What happens after you exceed 100 products on Pay-as-you-go?
At the 101th product we show a suggestion to move to the Start plan - nothing is deleted or retroactively blocked. Your existing products keep working, and the new one waits as a draft until you change plan.
